Description:Put the dumbbells on the ground in front of you. Pop down as you are doing when you need to make a push-up. And pressing the dumbbells with your hands to the floor, push-up. Then pop back on your feet with the dumbbells in both hands. Press the weights above your shoulders. This is a great full body exercise.
